Both Residents and non-residents are welcome to join our summer camp!
 
Regular Camp Hours: 9:30am-3:30pm

Extended Care add-ons:
AM: 7:30am—9:30am
PM: 3:30pm—5:30pm

*Drop off and pick up ONLY take place from 7:30am-9:30am and 3:30pm-5:30pm. Middle of the day drop offs/pick ups will not be allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.

Weekly Cost: 
Regular Week: $190 Resident/ $220 Non-Resident
Field Trip Weeks: $260 Resident/ $290 Non-Resident

Add-ons:
Extended Am Care: 7:30am—9:30am $20.00
Extended PM Care: 3:30pm – 5:30pm $20.00


Early Bird: March 18—March 31- $10.00 off
Regular Registration: April 1– May 31st
Late registration: June 1—Monday at 12:00pm prior to week IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE
Additional $20.00 late fee for all registrations per Recreation Department Policies.

There is a second child $10 discount available each week that they are signed up for the same weeks. Please reach out to the Recreation Department after you have paid for the deposit but BEFORE paying in full in order to get that discount.
 
A Deposit is due when registering for camp. Registrations can be completed online.
 
Payment plans are available and can be worked out as needed through our recdesk account. Each week payment is due by Monday at 12:00pm the week before. 
 

Each week is themed differently with games, crafts and activities, workshops, and field trips that all ages will enjoy. Groups are broken up based on age (ages 3-5, ages 6-8, ages 9-12) for appropriate activities. Workshops, crafts and other daily activities are all based around these themes and will vary in each group to fit the needs of each age group.

Mondays–Welcome and Camp challenges
Mondays are welcome days where we take the time to participate in team building Our campers will join their groups in camp challenges designed to bring their group together and get to know each other.

Tuesday– Entertainers and Workshops*
Each week we will have an entertainer or workshop visit us at camp!! Some weeks it might be a Foam Party, a storyteller, or even farm animals!

Wednesday– Spirit Days
Wednesdays at camp are Spirit Days where the entire camp dresses up to theme! Whether it is Crazy Hair Day, Dress like a pirate day, or Opposite Day, our groups will dress to impress!

Thursday– Field Trip Day!*
There will be four special trips– Bowling and Laser tag at Spare Time in Vernon, the Connecticut Sun Camp Day game, a trip to Parkade Cinemas for a movie, and the Adventure Park at Storrs. Transportation to and from and a full day of fun will be provided on these days! These field trips are for all campers, and there will be age appropriate activities planned for our younger campers. During the rest of the weeks our summer camp will go to Indian Notch Park here in Bolton. The day will be spent with our own section of the beach area, lunch at the pavilion as well as our very own lifeguard in addition to regularly staffed guards.

Friday– Color Wars
Fridays will be a time for our campers and counselors to come together for some competition and fun!! Each group will dress in their colors and participate in group activities and challenges, games and more!
