7:00am– Vendor set up begins
Registration is due by November 15, 2024
Spaces are approximately 8’ X 10’
Cost per space: $30.00 before October 25, 2024
Cost per space: $40.00 prior to Nov 15th but after October 25
Need a table? Rent a table for $10.00
Who: Everyone; all ages welcome
Cost: Free admission for community members
Raffle: A donation is appreciated to support our students
NO LATEX PRODUCTS MAY BE BROUGHT INTO ANY SCHOOL BUILDING (balloons, gloves, etc.)
If food is being sold from outside sources in prepackaged form it is considered a "bake sale". If food is being prepared in the gym, or food is given out as a "sample", the food preparers need to have a temporary town food license.

You must obtain a Sales and Use Tax Permit from DRS if you will be selling at a flea market, craft show, trade show, antique show, fair, etc. in Connecticut even if you will only be making sales for one day. You must display the permit prominently at your booth or table.

By Registering online you are electronically signing the below statement: I, the participant or parent/guardian of the above named participant in the Bolton Recreation program(s), give my approval for his/her participation in any and all activities within the program. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation. I so hereby waive, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the Bolton Recreation Department employees, volunteers, or participants, from claims arising out of injury to myself or my child. I give permission for all program volunteers and employees to provide emergency first aid or obtain emergency medical treatment for myself or my child in the event that an emergency occurs. I agree to abide by the Recreation Department Policies with program registrations. I understand participants may be photographed and used in program publicity.
